These are the original DreamStation CPAP + APAP Machines by Philips Respironics, available as a fixed pressure CPAP (DreamStation Pro CPAP) or the auto pressures, more commonly known as APAP, (DreamStation Auto CPAP). The newest model is the DreamStation 2 which you can view or purchase by clicking this link.
Both versions are lighter than their predecessors and have bluetooth and can be connected to the DreamMapper app to check sleep therapy results.
This is the original white DreamStation range of CPAP machines (as there is now a newer model which is black and called the DreamStation 2 which can be viewed and purchased by clicking on this link).
All machines in the DreamStation range have the modern technology advancements, and people particularly like the fact that it's easy to see the results of their CPAP therapy via the screen on the CPAP machine and the DreamMapper App. An example of this is on the Android App screenshot below and you can see more information at the relevant Android PlayStore or at the Apple App Store.
The DreamStation CPAP Pro (fixed pressure machine) and the DreamStation Auto CPAP (APAP) look identical but the CPAP Pro is set on fixed CPAP pressures as prescribed by the sleep clinic, and the Auto CPAP (APAP) version automatically adjusts pressures by raising them to treat breathing events before they occur, which in most cases means that a lower pressure will blow the rest of the night. The CPAP Pro can ONLY be run at fixed pressures, whereas the Auto CPAP (APAP) can be set either on auto pressures or on fixed CPAP mode, and if affordable we would always advise to purchase the APAP version as you have the best of both worlds.
Both of these original DreamStation machines can have an optional Humidifier attached and can be run via the Philips Respironics CPAP Battery (see images below):-

The Humidifier is not included and is an optional extra. Although most people benefit from a humidifier to help prevent or minimise a dry mouth and/or nose, if unsure it can be bought later if needed.
Philips Respironics advertise the DreamStation family as almost 'whisper quiet' at only 25.8 dBA and tests have shown they are one of the quietest machines on the market.

Only been using 3 weeks and all ok so far. Very quiet, husband says quieter than my snoring was. Good AHI results and getting used to air pressure sensation. Would like nighttime dimmed lights maybe in the instructions somewhere. Good ramp easy to drop off to sleep. Hopefully will continue to work as well for the long term.

I’ve been saving for this for a long time. 2 weeks in I’m really glad I could afford it.‘It does what it says on the tin.’Very compact and super quiet.I’m loving it
First time on CPAP, simple to use, easy to apply flow comfort features and super quiet.Only suggestion would be the humidifier chamber needs a more distinct max water level marker, but once used to it it’s not a problem.A guide on heater and heated wire temperature settings may be helpful.

Can't imagine sleep without it ,very quiet ,lightweight and portable comes with nice carrying case. Optional humidifier with heated hose highly recommended. Life changing machine worth every penny.

After decades of tiredness this machine has turned it around within a couple of days. Comfortable and not really noisy at all, just takes a day or so to get used to. Cant thank hope2sleep enough

Very light, looks good beside bed. Looks like alarm clock, not a medical device. Very quite. Easy set up. Comes on automatically knocks off automatically. Great product.

Easy to use and set up and includes many extra features that will aid you/specialist to view how successful the CPAP machine is.Operational noise is minimal, very unlikely to keep you awake.
Hello Kath and team, I just want to say how pleased I am with my new Dreamstation machine. It is very user-friendly and easy to use. I love the design and the graphics and the light-sensor which 'knows' how bright to make the read-out. Just one very small observation: it would be lovely to see an optional constant read-out of the pressures through the night, so that I could see how my pressures are as the night progresses. But hey, that is only one suggestion. Also, I can't seem to register my machine on-line, because the web-page is not geared up for the UK, nor can I download Dreammapper for some reason, but thank you for your very prompt and professional service. So pleased you're liking your new machine Diane. Regarding being able to see the pressures during the night, that wouldn't really work because the apnoeas happen whilst you're asleep, so if you'd woken up the pressure would have come down by then with it being an auto machine. Please put up a post in our private group you're in for help with DreamMapper.
I bought this while I was waiting for a hospital appointment where they would have supplied me something similar, but given the current crisis, I knew I would be waiting a long time for that to happen. So far so good, and although I am not an expert, this feels like a quality product - easy to setup and use and the bluetooth app gives me daily feedback on my sleep. After just a week, I know my sleep quality has improved enormously, so I'm very pleased with that. I selected a nasal mask to go with it and I think that was a good decision as it is much more comfortable and effective than the face masks I have used before. If you can afford it, this is a good choice.

Shipping
We try our best to ship all orders received by us Monday-Friday on the same working day if received before 12 noon, and more often than not orders processed before 3pm will be despatched the same day whenever possible. Weekend or UK bank holiday orders are sent out the next working day. An automated email is sent when products have been despatched so please check your spam box and add us to your safe senders list. Also, if you do not receive an email confirmation, please check that you have typed the correct email address in your account.
All orders are sent via 1st class mail within the UK. Masks and some other more expensive products are always sent via 'signed for' insured delivery and cannot be left in 'safe' places, but there is the option for an alternative shipping address when processing the orders.
Delivery charges are worked out automatically by weight and you can clearly see the delivery charges before making a payment. On the rare occasion delivery charges are miscalculated by the website, a refund will be sent, as it is not our policy to make money on postage charges and neither do we add the cost of delivery into the price and offer so-called 'free delivery' like some sites and Ebay pressurise sellers to do!
Wherever possible with larger parcels, we try to re-use boxes to keep shipping costs down and protect the environment.
If a product is out of stock and the order contains multiple items, the 'in stock' items will be sent immediately and further items will follow upon arrival with no further postage charges incurred.
Important for International Orders
We can ship most products internationally, but all prices are in UK British Pounds and if paying by debit or credit card the bank will automatically convert to the current conversation rate. Likewise, if you choose the Paypal option, they will convert into your currency for you as payment is made.
International orders are sent via tracked Airmail, and whilst we're happy to ship internationally, we cannot be held responsible for any delays at Customs at your end, or charges that may be added in your own country, such as customs fees and import tax on delivery, which are determined by your country’s import laws and are beyond our control. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay these charges, and certain courier companies will not be able to deliver the goods to you without pre-payment of any charges. From our experience, it appears to be randomised as to which parcels incur extra charges, but please know that all accompanying paperwork is filled in correctly when shipping and there is nothing more we can do, as much as we'd like to.If you purchase from us out of the UK or you move to another country after purchasing products, please be aware that the warranty for CPAP machines, masks and parts from the manufacturers are under warranty with the manufacturer based in the UK, so you will be responsible for sending the product back to us and will need to pay postage to get the product back to you after exchange or repair, as the manufacturer will not pay for shipping in any country outside of the UK.
Masks, CPAP machines and and most other products are exempt from a refund or exchange unless faulty due to health and hygiene issues - as stated in our 'Terms and Conditions', and in particular due to the risk of cross contamination as they cannot be re-sold. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 28.(3)(a) confirms exemption as follows:- "exemption in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery."
Unopened (sealed) products in their original packing can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product cost, but the purchaser is to pay the return postage, and we would advise retaining proof of postage. This excludes any faulty goods, for which postage will be reimbursed. A full refund for the price of the product will be issued when received by us, less the original postage charges when the order was sent to you.
Most of the products we sell are eligible for Zero Rated VAT in the UK, and in order to qualify, you should meet the criteria for the following HMRC VAT Declaration:-
Please note, you do not need to be registered as disabled or in receipt of any other benefits in order to be eligible for VAT relief - you only need to meet the criteria of the above 2 points.
We cannot advise on individual cases, but more information can be found on HMRC’s website under notice 701/7 on the following link https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/vat-notice-7017-vat-reliefs-for-disabled-people.
If you are not eligible for Zero Rated VAT then please make sure that the VAT Relief box in unticked so that VAT is applied to the order.
If you are purchasing on behalf of someone else who meets the above criteria, you must provide their name and address, and you will be prompted of this during the checkout process.
Customers living outside of the UK do not pay UK VAT charges, so please leave the the VAT Relief box ticked. However, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred when the products reach your own country.
If you are purchasing with the intention of re-selling any products, you are liable to pay VAT on all products so you must untick the 'zero rate eligibility' box which will add VAT to your order.
Any products that our not eligible for zero rate VAT, will not display the VAT Declaration, and VAT will be added at checkout.
CPAP and APAP Machines are a prescription item and we cannot release them for purchase or for our CPAP Rental Care Package until we have signed permission from your sleep clinic, proof of diagnosis or a prescription from a sleep professional.

Please fill in your name and address on the form which can then be taken to, sent to or emailed to your clinic, as without approval we cannot release any CPAP machines.
As soon as we have this permission you can purchase or rent a CPAP machine, and we will send your machine if you have already placed your order.
